MORE ABOUT ME

  • My upbringing was anything but ordinary – I grew up on film sets with my father, Roger Lindley, who is a filmmaker and director. From a young age, I was immersed in the world of production, spending about eight years working by his side and learning the ropes of the industry. Whether I was acting as a grip, camera operator, or assisting in the editing room, these early hands-on experiences taught me the fundamentals of filmmaking. This mentorship under my dad instilled a strong work ethic and creative eye, preparing me for a future behind the camera. By the time I was a teenager, I had a solid foundation in cinematography and storytelling – skills that would later prove invaluable in my own ventures in media and content creation.

  • I’ve always had a bit of a daredevil streak. Growing up in Amarillo, Texas, I dabbled in every action sport I could – from skateboarding and BMX to wakeboarding and mountain biking. In my mid-teens, around 2011, I discovered freestyle scootering, and that quickly became my biggest passion. After moving to California as a young adult to chase this dream, I dedicated myself fully to the scooter scene. By 2016 I had turned professional in the sport, joining the ranks just as freestyle scootering was exploding in popularity worldwide.

As a pro scooter rider, I competed internationally and earned a few big wins along the way. One highlight was taking the Scooter Freestyle Park gold medal at the 2018 FISE World Series in Montpellier, France. My jaw-dropping run tore up the park and electrified the crowd. I’ve been fortunate to ride for top brands (like Root Industries and S1 Helmets) and even release signature scooter parts with Root, including my own “Spill” wheels and a pro model deck. Beyond competitions, I also leaned into creating online content to showcase new tricks and inspire other riders, which helped build up a large fan base in the scooter community.

These days, my appetite for adrenaline goes beyond just scooters. I’ve expanded into skydiving, BASE jumping, rock climbing, and other extreme pursuits, always chasing the next thrill. In fact, I managed to combine my loves of scootering and skydiving by completing the world’s first freestyle scooter BASE jump, essentially riding a scooter off a cliff before deploying my parachute. Pushing my limits in the air and on the ground has become a way of life. Each new sport I tackle, from scaling rock walls to free falling from planes, feeds that adventurous spirit I’ve had since childhood and keeps me constantly learning.

  • Undialed began as a passion project and evolved into a movement. In 2016, my friend Will Cashion (better known as “WhiteTrashWilly”) and I co-founded Undialed, a social media platform and community dedicated to freestyle scootering. We wanted to create an outlet where riders around the world could share their content, get inspired, and feel part of something bigger. What started as a simple Instagram page and YouTube channel for fun quickly blew up into the largest media source for scooter riders globally.

From day one, we focused on engaging, creative content, everything from crazy stunt videos and entertaining vlogs to trick tutorials and product reviews. Our efforts paid off: over the years we’ve built a huge following on Instagram and YouTube, with hundreds of thousands of followers tuning in to our stuff. The Undialed Instagram page became one of the biggest hubs for scooter riders to get noticed, and our YouTube channel (with nearly 300k subscribers and 60+ million views) is one of the top scootering channels online. We take pride in maintaining a high level of quality and authenticity in our posts – showcasing not just our own riding, but also shining a spotlight on talented, underrated riders from every corner of the world.

Beyond social media, Undialed has been about real-world impact too. We’ve organized tours, meet-and-greets, and jam sessions across different cities to connect with the community in person. In 2022, we launched OUTLIT, an innovative scooter contest series that we created to bring a more inclusive, fun atmosphere to competitions. Instead of the traditional contest format, OUTLIT events (which Will and I run through Undialed) feel more like organic jam sessions, where pros and amateurs ride together and push each other to land new tricks. Our Undialed tours and events have taken us around the globe – from North America to Europe and Australia – turning online followers into real-life friends and unforgettable memories. The success of Undialed’s content and community is something I’m incredibly proud of. It showcases not only my love for the sport but also the power of creativity and consistency; we proved that with a bit of ingenuity (and a lot of hustle), two kids with scooters could build a worldwide movement on Instagram and YouTube.

  • While scooters and extreme sports are a big part of my life, I’ve also channeled my film pedigree into a full-fledged career. I am the founder of Ragtown Media LLC, a production company based in Arizona that specializes in high-energy video content. In many ways, this venture brings my journey full circle – it merges my action sports experience with the filmmaking skills I learned from my dad. Ragtown Media produces everything from branded documentaries and commercials to adventure sport films and live-event coverageragtownmedia.comragtownmedia.com. As a Director of Photography, director, and producer at Ragtown, I get to oversee projects at every stage: I’m out in the field capturing footage (sometimes in extreme conditions or hanging out of a helicopter to get the shot), and I’m in the studio editing and crafting stories that resonate.

Being an athlete-turned-filmmaker gives me a unique perspective in this industryragtownmedia.com. I understand what it takes to film fast-paced, dynamic action because I’ve been on the other side of the camera performing it. Clients seem to appreciate that insight – over the past few years, Ragtown Media has taken on projects for some really major brands and events. We’ve created visual stories for companies like Red Bull, GQ Sports, the BBC, and more, delivering polished videos that still capture an authentic, energetic spiritragtownmedia.com. One week I might be documenting an extreme challenge (for example, we filmed a documentary where a team of athletes completed 7 marathons, 7 skydives/BASE jumps, and 7 cold plunges in 7 days – an insane project that pushed our crew’s limits as much as the athletes). The next week I might be shooting a high-end commercial or editing a series of short social media clips for a brand campaign.

Through Ragtown, I’ve been able to merge my two worlds: the storytelling of film and the thrill of action sports. Every project is an opportunity to apply the lessons I learned working with my father (like planning, lighting, and storytelling) and the creativity I honed with Undialed (like thinking outside the box and engaging the audience). The result is content that stands out – as we like to say at Ragtown, we create visual stories for brands that refuse to blend into the backgroundragtownmedia.com. Looking back, it’s amazing how the puzzle pieces fit together: the kid helping on his dad’s film shoot, the pro rider flying off ramps, the entrepreneur growing a social media empire. All those experiences now feed into the work I do as a director and producer. Honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Every day is different, and every project, whether it’s a scooter video or a corporate documentary, is a chance to do what I love: tell compelling stories with a cinematic flair and an adventurous twist.
